Graduate Operations & Customer Experience Executive

About the role

BrighterBox is seeking an ambitious graduate to join its Operations team in London. You will start in the Customer Experience department, gaining hands‑on insight into how the business serves customers and suppliers, before moving into broader operational projects.

Key responsibilities

• Interact daily with customers and suppliers to understand pain points and improve journeys.
• Use AI tools to automate repetitive manual tasks.
• Analyse operational data to spot trends and recommend improvements.
• Support onboarding and retention initiatives for partners.
• Lead new operational projects as the business scales.
