About the role

Join Airbus as a Graduate in Planning, Supply Chain & Logistics and embark on a two‑year development journey that combines hands‑on experience with structured training. You will rotate through key supply‑chain functions, gaining a holistic view of Airbus’s end‑to‑end operations while contributing to real projects.

Key responsibilities

• Direct oversize transport and logistics, including the Beluga aircraft.
• Manage inventory levels and supplier relationships to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
• Optimize lineside logistics so operators receive the right parts on time.
• Design and execute the master production schedule to balance capacity with customer demand.
• Design and deploy automated warehouse solutions and digitise operations using new AI tools.
• Drive decarbonisation initiatives across the supply chain.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Transport Management or Project Management.
• Recent graduate or first professional experience in planning, supply chain or logistics.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Motivation to work collaboratively and contribute to future innovation.
• Self‑awareness and a proactive attitude toward personal development.
