Graduate Primary Teacher – Early Career Teaching Roles

About the role

Kick‑start your teaching career this September as a Graduate Primary Teacher in the Wirral area. Vision for Education partners with supportive primary schools offering full‑time, part‑time, supply and permanent placements across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons for EYFS, KS1 or KS2 pupils.
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports every child.
• Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
• Complete the Early Career Teacher (ECT) induction programme where applicable.

Required profile

• Holds, or will hold, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by Summer 2026.
• Enthusiastic about primary education and making a positive impact.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Flexible, motivated and committed to professional development.
• Dedicated to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.
