About the role
Vision for Education is seeking newly qualified teachers to start their Early Career Teacher (ECT) induction in September 2026. Positions are available across the Wirral and wider Merseyside area, covering EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons for EYFS, KS1 or KS2 pupils.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Plan, assess and adapt learning to meet diverse pupil needs.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents and staff.
- Support pupils to achieve their academic and personal potential.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) obtained or due by Summer 2026.
- Passion for primary education and inspiring young learners.
- Excellent communication and classroom management abilities.
- Enthusiasm, adaptability and commitment to professional development.
- Strong safeguarding awareness and commitment to child welfare.
