Graduate Programme 2027 – Not‑For‑Profit Audit & Assurance

About the role

You will be based in our Audit & Assurance department, gaining valuable insights into how Not‑For‑Profit organisations operate and the challenges they face. Responsibilities will grow throughout the programme, with the potential to supervise other trainees by your second year.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed, risk‑based audits of Not‑For‑Profit organisations’ financial statements.
• Challenge financial operations and recommend improvements to internal processes.
• Develop understanding of sector challenges and progress to supervising trainees by the second year.

Required profile

• Collaborative and eager to take on new challenges.
• Minimum 2:2 undergraduate degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 A‑levels (A‑C) plus a third A‑level or equivalent.
• 5 GCSEs (A*‑C/9‑4) including Maths and English.
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
