Graduate Programme in Risk Assurance & Advisory (ACCA/CIA)

About the role

Join Menzies LLP’s Risk Assurance and Advisory Graduate Programme, starting in 2027, and work towards ACCA or CIA qualification while gaining hands‑on experience in risk, governance and advisory services. You will support not‑for‑profit and public sector clients, helping them improve risk management, internal controls and overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide assurance and consulting services to enhance governance, risk management and control processes for clients.
• Evaluate risk management practices and internal processes of not‑for‑profit and public sector organisations.
• Assist with board‑level governance, strategic planning, value‑for‑money analysis, HR, health and safety and front‑line operations.
• Collaborate with corporate auditors to complement financial control and statement work.

Required profile

• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to take on new challenges.
• Minimum 2:2 undergraduate degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 A‑levels (A‑C) plus one additional A‑level or equivalent.
• 5 GCSEs (A*‑C/9‑4) including Maths and English.
• Strong numerical ability, attention to detail and quick learning capacity.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, able to explain financial information accessibly.
