Graduate Project Coordinator – High-End Retail Projects

About the role

We are seeking a graduate who wants to launch a career as a Project Coordinator within an award‑winning international design and production agency that works with leading retail and designer brands. The role offers full training, exposure to high‑end retail projects and the opportunity to progress to a Project Manager position while collaborating with creative and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support projects from the initial brief through to completion, including production and installation phases.
• Assist with project budgets, quotes, schedules, resources and deadlines.
• Liaise with clients, designers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Work alongside experienced Project Managers to develop project management skills and understand best practices.
• Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Required profile

• Aspiring Project Coordinator with a recent graduate qualification.
• Keen to develop a career in project coordination and progress to a Project Manager role.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Commutable to Stevenage.
