Graduate Quantity Surveyor

About the role

Join a dynamic construction consultancy in West London as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor. This full‑time position offers recent graduates hands‑on experience across residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects, supporting the cost team from feasibility through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation of estimates, budgets and cost plans.
• Assist with tender documentation and contractor comparisons.
• Help assess valuations, variations and payment applications.
• Maintain accurate cost records and project information.
• Attend client meetings, site visits and progress reviews.
• Work alongside senior surveyors across all project stages.

Required profile

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
• Strong numerical, written and communication abilities.
• Genuine interest in consultancy‑based quantity surveying.
• Organised, proactive and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working as part of a collaborative project team.
• Keen to begin the APC process and progress towards MRICS.
