About the role
Join a fast‑growing recruitment agency as a Graduate Recruiter for the North region. You will combine customer‑service expertise with a consultative approach to deliver tailored recruitment solutions for a diverse client base.
Key responsibilities
- Provide end‑to‑end recruitment services to clients, understanding their talent needs.
- Act as a consultant, presenting bespoke hiring solutions and managing the candidate pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Meet agreed targets and contribute to the agency’s growth objectives.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- Eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.
