Key responsibilities

• Learn and apply recruitment fundamentals on real client accounts.
• Source, screen and present engineering candidates to hiring managers.
• Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets.
• Participate in regular coaching sessions and reflect on performance.

• Base salary £28,000 rising to £32,000 on promotion.
