About the role

We are looking for a recent graduate with a positive attitude to join our fast‑growing engineering recruitment team in Exeter. You will receive comprehensive training and support to develop into a professional consultant, helping clients across the UK and beyond find the right engineering talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships and promote our recruitment services.
• Write compelling job adverts and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Interview, shortlist and present candidates to hiring managers.
• Support strategic sales and business development initiatives.
• Participate in classroom and live‑environment training to master our processes.
