About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our brand‑new Exeter office. This is an entry‑level, sales‑focused position where you will act as the vital link between candidates and client companies across engineering, energy, IT and construction sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business by prospecting and engaging potential client organisations.
• Source, screen and present qualified candidates to meet client requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to placement and follow‑up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Achieve personal and team targets while contributing to the company’s growth objectives.
