Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Full Training & Uncapped Commission

About the role

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking ambitious graduates to join its Bristol office as Recruitment Consultants. You will receive industry‑leading training and will be rewarded through a base salary of £26,000 plus uncapped commission. The role offers a clear path from graduate to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Source and interview high‑quality candidates for engineering, energy, technology and construction roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with client companies, generating new business opportunities.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement.
• Negotiate offers and close deals on behalf of candidates and clients.
• Develop specialist knowledge of your market sector.
