We are looking for a recent graduate to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant, focusing on the Accountancy & Finance market. You will receive one‑to‑one training and mentorship from experienced head‑hunters while building a career in a fast‑moving, client‑facing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Learn to become a specialist recruiter within the finance and accountancy sector.
• Headhunt and engage finance professionals via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Build relationships with high‑calibre candidates and understand their career aspirations.
• Support senior consultants on live recruitment assignments.
• Source, shortlist and present candidates for exclusive opportunities.
• Research companies, market trends and industry developments.
• Develop a professional network while meeting performance milestones.
