Join a fast‑growing recruitment agency in Bristol City Centre as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant. No prior experience is required – you will receive one‑to‑one training from top achievers and learn to run your own recruitment business from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads, source candidates and manage the full recruitment project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
• Collaborate closely with directors and senior management to develop business strategies and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or trainee with strong motivation, resilience and a desire to succeed.
• Ambitious, driven individual who enjoys a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
