Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Preston

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic graduates to join our Preston office as Recruitment Consultants. The role combines sales‑focused activities with the chance to develop expertise in education recruitment, offering a clear pathway from training to independent client management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source high‑quality candidates for teaching and support staff positions.
• Conduct interviews, assess suitability and present candidates to schools.
• Build and maintain relationships with teachers, school administrators and hiring managers.
• Drive business development through outreach, networking and client follow‑up.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from vacancy brief to placement and after‑care.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a competitive mindset, developed through sport, sales, hospitality or similar environments.
• Ambitious, resilient and motivated by targets and success.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
