Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Property Sector

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑growing team in Manchester. You will work within the property sector, supporting top‑tier clients such as Savills and Connells, and will be mentored directly by the Managing Director.

Key responsibilities

• Become the go‑to recruiter for a defined market discipline.
• Develop new business with target clients and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Source high‑quality talent through social media, LinkedIn, phone outreach and meet‑ups.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to placement.
• Build and nurture a candidate community using modern recruitment methods.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of sales or recruitment experience.
• Strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Motivation driven by earning potential and career progression.
• Ability to work in a high‑energy, incentive‑focused environment.
