About the role

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking ambitious graduates to join as Trainee Recruitment Consultants in Bristol. You will become a specialist recruiter within a defined market, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates while developing a clear path to leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Source, interview and assess high‑quality candidates for client vacancies.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, generating new business opportunities.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
• Negotiate offers and close placements, ensuring satisfaction for both parties.
• Develop deep market knowledge to become an expert in your specialist sector.
