Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Sales (Bristol)

About the role

Join a fast‑moving recruitment agency as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant focused on sales. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing the full recruitment cycle, and developing expertise across engineering, IT, finance and technical sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage new client accounts through cold calling and networking across the UK.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to agency growth.
• Continuously develop industry knowledge and sales techniques through training.
