Graduate Recruitment Consultant (Tech and IT)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing recruitment agency in Bristol as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant focused on technology and IT placements. You will receive one‑to‑one training from senior managers and quickly learn how to run your own recruitment pipeline from lead generation to placement.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business leads for tech and IT roles.
• Source, interview and assess candidates against client requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including client communication, offer negotiation and post‑placement follow‑up.
• Build and maintain a personal client and candidate network.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or trainee with strong motivation and resilience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work hard, meet targets and develop a career in recruitment.

Required skills

• Basic salary £28,000 rising to £32,000 as you progress.
