About the role

We are looking for an ambitious graduate or early‑career salesperson to join our fast‑growing UK Tech Division in Bristol. You will be trained, trusted and empowered to build relationships, close deals and develop your own client portfolio within the technology and IT recruitment market.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a client base across the UK technology sector.
• Develop long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Headhunt top talent and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Work towards sales targets, celebrate wins and continuously improve performance.
