About the role

Join Virtus Talent as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant and dive into the fast‑moving world of tech recruitment. You will work from our Leeds office, supporting hyper‑growth tech companies in the US by matching high‑potential talent with exciting opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Source, qualify and match candidates using professional networking platforms.
• Guide both clients and candidates through the end‑to‑end hiring process.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to placement.
• Develop new business by bringing onboard additional client accounts.
• Meet and exceed target‑driven performance metrics.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Highly motivated and confident communicator.
• Competitive, resilient and goal‑oriented.
