About the role

Join a specialist recruitment firm that focuses on ERP, business transformation and enterprise technology hiring. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant you will support consultancies and end‑user organisations delivering SAP, Oracle and Microsoft transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit ERP consultants, architects and project managers for client organisations.
• Build and maintain relationships with technology professionals across the enterprise sector.
• Manage recruitment projects from start to finish, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Conduct market mapping and intelligence gathering within specialist technology markets.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with strong communication skills.
• Organised, commercially minded and able to work to targets.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary of £26,000‑£28,000 per year plus uncapped commission.
• Year 1 OTE of £40,000, with potential to reach £65,000 by Year 3.
• Commission structure up to 30% with quarterly accelerators.
• Promotion to Consultant within six months and structured ERP training.
• Exposure to senior programme directors and transformation leads.
