About the role

This is a full‑time graduate programme for aspiring recruitment consultants specialising in technology. Based in Birmingham, you will receive structured training from day one and progress towards managing your own specialist desk.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with both candidates and client organisations.
• Source, screen and identify technology professionals for open roles.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement.
• Develop business development and sales capabilities.
• Become a specialist in a chosen technology market.
• Grow your own network and client portfolio.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or individual with sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ambitious, resilient and professional attitude.
• Commercial awareness and a desire to learn.
• No prior recruitment experience required.
