Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Uncapped Commission

About the role

Join a specialist recruitment team focused on the Engineering and Technology sectors. Based in Bristol city centre, you will receive one‑to‑one training, continuous support and clear pathways to senior and leadership roles.

Key responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with clients across Engineering and Technology.
• Generate new business through outbound sales activity and cold calling.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development to placement.
• Source, screen and interview candidates, advertise vacancies and headhunt talent.
• Negotiate offers and guide recruitment processes to successful completion.
• Develop a specialist market and become a trusted recruitment partner.
• Work towards individual and team performance targets.
