Graduate Recruitment Consultant – US Division

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑growing US division. Based in Bristol, you will work within a dynamic team delivering technical and engineering recruitment services across the UK, US and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through proactive client outreach and networking.
• Conduct candidate interviews, assess suitability and manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Coordinate project delivery from initial brief to successful placement.
• Contribute to team targets and support the expansion of our US operations.
