Graduate Risk Analyst – Mandarin Speaking

About the role

EC Markets is seeking a Graduate Risk Analyst who is fluent in Mandarin to join its London risk team. The role offers a fast‑paced environment where you will support daily risk monitoring, data analysis and operational risk controls for a global financial trading business.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and review daily risk data to spot abnormal activities and emerging risk trends.
• Perform statistical analysis, produce regular risk reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Execute risk‑control tasks, track project progress and support investigations into risk events.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Technology and Customer Operations on verification processes and risk investigations.
• Maintain server operations and internal systems to ensure accurate data transmission and stable risk monitoring.
• Contribute to the optimisation of risk‑management processes and the development of more efficient identification and control mechanisms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking and data‑interpretation abilities.
• High attention to detail, reliability and accuracy.
• Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for handling large data sets.
• Familiarity with Power BI for visualisation.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction.
