Graduate Sales Development Representative – Tech Sales

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Sales Development Representative to join our fast‑growing tech company in Bristol. This entry‑level position is the first step on a clear sales career path, with the opportunity to progress to an Account Executive role within 12‑18 months.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound B2B prospecting via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Research target accounts to personalize outreach and improve conversion rates.
• Identify and qualify key decision‑makers, uncover business needs and book qualified meetings for senior sales colleagues.
• Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly activity and appointment targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of our products, industry trends and competitors.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth hand‑overs and shared success across the sales cycle.
