Graduate Sales Training Programme – French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking motivated French‑speaking graduates to join our Graduate Sales Training Programme at Brett Martin’s Mallusk headquarters. The 12‑month structured programme will give you hands‑on experience in internal sales, customer support and commercial coordination within a global plastic sheet manufacturer.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries and process sales orders while building product knowledge.
• Shadow logistics, planning and technical teams and attend commercial meetings and product sessions.
• Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, build relationships and coordinate production and delivery.
• Support pricing discussions, monitor customer satisfaction and track activity in CRM.
• Conduct market research, assist lead generation and contribute to targeted sales campaigns.
• Prepare proposals, quotes and commercial project documentation for the wider sales team.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or student completing studies in 2026.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Interest in customer service, sales support or commercial operations.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced office environment.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate across departments.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with ERP and stock‑management software.
