Graduate Salesperson (Uncapped Commission)

About the role
We are looking for a motivated graduate or trainee to join our sales team in Bristol. You will receive full training to work across engineering, IT, finance and tech sectors, with no prior experience required. Hard work is rewarded with uncapped commission and clear pathways to senior roles within your first year.
Key responsibilities
- Make 100+ cold calls per day to generate new business opportunities.
- Follow proven processes and scripts to achieve targets and earn commission.
- Engage with clients across the UK and US markets, promoting our recruitment services.
Required profile
- Open to learning, training and evolving within a fast‑paced environment.
- Relentless work ethic and focus on achieving daily call targets.
- Ambitious desire to progress to senior sales roles quickly.
What we offer
- Base salary of £28,000 per year plus uncapped commission (OTE ~£50k in year 1).
