Graduate Scheme – Autumn Intake (Leeds)

About the role

Reed is seeking recent graduates with a 2:1 degree or higher to join its Autumn intake graduate scheme. Based in Leeds, you will start in an operational role within one of Reed Group’s three business areas, gaining hands‑on experience matching clients with candidates or supporting individuals to overcome employment barriers.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients and candidates to understand recruitment needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Support individuals facing employment challenges, helping them access training and job opportunities.
• Participate in a three‑day induction at the Reed Business School in the Cotswolds.
• Contribute to team targets while developing personal performance metrics.

Required profile

• A 2:1 undergraduate degree or higher.
• Motivated, results‑driven attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and development.
