About the role
Are you a recent graduate looking to begin a rewarding career in education? A friendly primary school in Didcot is seeking an enthusiastic Graduate SEN TA to join their supportive team.
Key responsibilities
- Support pupils with SEN individually and in small groups.
- Assist teachers with engaging, inclusive lessons.
- Deliver targeted learning and behaviour support.
- Encourage confidence, independence, and wellbeing.
- Work closely with teachers and SEN professionals.
Required profile
- A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology, or a related subject.
- A genuine passion for supporting children.
- Excellent communication skills.

- An interest in education, teaching, psychology, or SEN.
