About the role

Our client is a fast‑growing digital insurance provider that aims to simplify and modernise the insurance experience for over 300,000 customers. They are expanding their product suite and need a Graduate Software Engineer to help shape and scale their platform. This full‑stack role offers the chance to work on high‑impact features in a collaborative, high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑impact features and lead cross‑functional projects.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Commercial teams to build user‑first solutions.
• Tackle end‑to‑end challenges across the stack, influencing architecture and engineering practices.
• Maintain strong standards through testing, peer reviews, and clean code.
• Contribute to product and team direction as the company scales.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of full‑stack engineering experience.
• Comfortable working across frontend and backend technologies.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and a quality‑focused mindset.
• Experience in cross‑functional, collaborative teams.
• Curious, proactive, and excited by ownership and fast pace.
• Effective communicator who values team culture and clarity.
