Graduate Software Engineer (London)

About the role

AdiFlow AI is seeking a Graduate Software Engineer to join its London team. This full‑time, on‑site position is ideal for candidates with around one year of development experience or strong graduate‑level project work. You will help build and maintain scalable applications that modernise business IT systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain software applications and back‑end systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code.
• Work with relational databases, write SQL queries and manage data structures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with the wider team to deliver scalable business solutions.

Required profile

• Understanding of core Computer Science principles.
• Approximately one year of software development experience or equivalent project work.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback and work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Java and object‑oriented programming.
• SQL and relational database concepts.
• Fundamental data structures.
• Exposure to APIs and cloud platforms (a plus).
