Graduate Structural Engineer

About the role

RGB Recruitment is partnering with a busy structural engineering consultancy in south Cornwall to recruit a Graduate Structural Engineer. The role supports the design team on a variety of refurbishment and new‑build projects across education, commercial and residential sectors. You will receive full training and support on the route to chartered status.

Key responsibilities

• Produce design calculations and structural analysis for both refurbishment and new‑build projects.
• Prepare structural drawings and detailed design documentation.
• Carry out site visits and liaise with clients and contractors.
• Assist the design team in delivering projects on time and to quality standards.
• Contribute to a diverse workload covering education, commercial, residential and infrastructure projects.
