Graduate Structural Engineer – Near High Wycombe

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Structural Engineer to join a friendly consultancy near High Wycombe. You will work on a variety of structural projects, gaining hands‑on experience from concept through construction while receiving dedicated mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design and analysis of structural systems across multiple sectors.
• Prepare calculations, drawings and technical reports under the guidance of Chartered Engineers.
• Participate in site visits and client meetings to support project delivery.
• Collaborate with senior engineers throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Approximately one year of experience in a structural engineering consultancy.
• Solid understanding of structural design principles.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
