Graduate Surveyor

About the role

This graduate position offers a fast‑track pathway into asset management within a cash‑rich property portfolio. You will be mentored by the Property Director and develop the skills needed to manage both commercial and residential assets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and review potential properties for acquisition.
• Assist in preparing information and analysis for disposals.
• Conduct market research and support planning application submissions.
• Help organise redevelopment projects, including specifications, tender coordination and contractor liaison.
• Support rent reviews, lease renewals, surrenders and re‑gearing activities.
• Undertake additional tasks as required to support the property team.

Required profile

• RICS‑accredited degree.
• Strong analytical, numerical and commercial mindset.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and ability to see tasks through to completion.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Commitment to pursuing the RICS APC qualification.
