About the role
Citygrad is seeking an ambitious Graduate Surveyor to join its Real Estate Transaction team in London. This full‑time position offers a fast‑track entry into the UK property market, working on a variety of acquisition, leasing and sales projects.
Key responsibilities
- Support agency work for clients acquiring, leasing, purchasing or selling property.
- Accompany clients and prospective purchasers on property viewings.
- Produce marketing materials and property listings.
- Negotiate transactions, draft Heads of Terms and liaise with legal advisors.
- Conduct property valuations and advise on landlord‑tenant matters such as rent reviews and lease renewals.
- Inspect and measure properties across London and the UK.
- Prepare client reports and cash‑flow forecasts to inform real‑estate decisions.
- Manage client relationships and monitor project timescales.
- Carry out general market research.
Required profile
- Degree related to Real Estate, Property, or Surveying.
- Strong motivation to build a career in real estate.
- RICS qualification or working towards it.
