Graduate Surveyor (Subsidence)

About the role
We are seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor specialising in subsidence to join our team. You will work from home while covering claims across London, the South and South East, conducting site visits as required.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver professional subsidence and building surveying services for domestic and commercial insurance claims.
- Attend properties to carry out technical assessments and investigate the cause of subsidence.
- Manage your own portfolio of claims, ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Collaborate with policyholders, insurers, loss adjusters, local authorities and contractors to achieve fair and timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records in the claims management system.
- Support colleagues across the UK and contribute to a culture of shared expertise.
- Uphold company policies and treat customers fairly in every interaction.
Required profile
- Degree in Building Surveying.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service, organisational and communication abilities.
