About the role
Join a supportive primary school in North West London as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. This full‑time, onsite position offers recent graduates a hands‑on opportunity to develop classroom practice before embarking on teacher training.
Key responsibilities
- Support pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
- Work alongside experienced class teachers and senior leaders.
- Deliver small‑group interventions in English and Maths.
- Assist in preparing engaging learning activities.
- Help manage behaviour and develop classroom leadership skills.
Required profile
- Recent graduate interested in primary education.
- Motivated, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- Ability to work with children of varying learning needs.
