Graduate Teaching Assistant – Primary Schools (Warrington)

About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic recent graduates to join primary schools across Warrington as Graduate Teaching Assistants. This temporary full‑time role provides hands‑on classroom experience and a pathway to permanent teaching positions.
Key responsibilities
- Support teaching and learning throughout the classroom.
- Deliver targeted interventions and small‑group work.
- Build positive relationships with pupils.
- Help children develop confidence and independence.
- Collaborate with experienced teachers to enhance lesson delivery.
Required profile
- Recent graduate with a degree in Education, Psychology, English, Maths, Sports Science, Childhood Studies or any subject with a strong interest in education.
- Motivated to gain practical school experience.
- Willingness to work across a range of year groups.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills required.
