Graduate Teaching Assistant – Psychology Graduate (Kingston)

About the role
We are seeking recent Psychology graduates to join secondary schools in Kingston as Graduate Teaching Assistants. This full‑time, onsite position starts in September 2026 and offers hands‑on experience supporting pupils across Key Stages 3‑5.
Key responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small‑group support to students, including those with SEND.
- Assist teachers with lesson delivery, classroom management and behaviour support.
- Help students overcome learning barriers and achieve academic goals.
- Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement intervention strategies.
Required profile
- A degree in Psychology or a closely related discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Genuine interest in child development, education and behaviour.
- Proactive, reliable and professional attitude.
