About the role
We are seeking Psychology graduates to join our schools as Graduate Teaching Assistants in Sutton, starting September 2026. This full‑time, school‑based role offers hands‑on experience supporting young learners and applying psychological knowledge in a classroom setting.
Key responsibilities
- Support students across Key Stages 3‑5 with 1:1 and small‑group interventions.
- Assist teachers in lesson delivery and classroom management.
- Provide support for pupils with additional learning needs (SEND) where required.
Required profile
- Degree in Psychology or a closely related subject.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine interest in education, child development and behaviour.
- Ability to build positive, consistent relationships with young people.
- Proactive, reliable and professional approach.
