About the role
Graduate Teaching Assistant Reeson Education is partnering with a special educational needs (SEN) school in New Malden to welcome applications from recent graduates seeking a stepping‑stone into a career working with children. You will support pupils who have Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs), helping to explain tasks, break down problems and provide additional assistance. The role includes a DBS check, which the agency will support, and offers both full‑time and part‑time options.
Required profile
- A genuine desire to work with children who have special educational needs.
- A caring, compassionate and resilient nature.
- A proactive “can‑do” attitude, willing to take initiative rather than waiting for direction.
