Graduate Teaching Assistant – Support KS3‑KS5 Students

About the role
Prospero Teaching is looking for enthusiastic graduates to join a well‑established secondary school and sixth form as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. You will work directly with students across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, helping them achieve their academic potential.
Key responsibilities
- Support students across KS3, KS4 and KS5.
- Deliver 1:1 and small‑group interventions.
- Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
- Promote student engagement, confidence and academic progress.
Required profile
- Degree qualified.
- Passion for education and supporting young people.
- Right to work in the UK.
- DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Two professional references.
