About the role

Join an established multidisciplinary consultancy as a Graduate Town Planner in Milton Keynes. This full‑time position offers a recent graduate the chance to develop a professional planning career while working on a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals.
• Conduct site appraisals and carry out planning policy research.
• Support the drafting of planning statements and technical reports.
• Liaise with clients, local authorities and external consultants.
• Monitor changes in planning policy and relevant legislation.

Required profile

• A degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in a planning career and intention to work towards MRTPI accreditation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational ability with attention to detail.
• Proactive, positive attitude towards learning and development.
• A full UK driving licence is beneficial but not essential.
