About the role

Kick‑start your career as a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Birmingham. You will receive a structured 12‑week training programme and immediate access to uncapped commission, allowing you to develop specialist expertise across sectors such as HR, Legal, Finance, Social Housing, Property Management or Tech.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from business development to candidate placement.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Consult with clients on hiring strategies and advise on market trends.
• Source, screen and place talent within your specialist sector.
• Work towards targets in a fast‑paced, supportive team environment.

Required profile

• Recent graduate from any discipline, preferably with experience in hospitality, retail, sales or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence, resilience and strong ambition to progress.
• Self‑motivated with a solid work ethic and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Team‑player who thrives in a collaborative culture.
