About the role

Join an award‑winning executive search firm as a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You will receive structured training and mentorship to develop the skills needed to place senior professionals in specialist markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior consultants in sourcing and engaging senior‑level candidates.
• Conduct market research and build talent pipelines.
• Assist with client briefings, interview coordination and candidate presentations.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and produce regular activity reports.
• Participate in business development activities and networking events.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or trainee with a strong work ethic and ambition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, competitive and able to thrive in a performance‑driven environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

• £27,000 base salary plus uncapped commission.
