Graduate Transfer Pricing Apprenticeship (ATT-CTA) 2027

About the role

The Transfer Pricing role at Menzies involves working within a specialised team advising multinational companies on Transfer Pricing planning, HMRC enquiries, dispute resolution and compliance. As a Graduate Trainee you will support clients in navigating complex international tax environments and help develop strategic recommendations to mitigate Transfer Pricing risks.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on client businesses, transfer pricing issues, regulations and market trends.
• Assist with collection and analysis of financial data to support transfer pricing analysis.
• Perform benchmarking analyses using databases and AI‑enabled tools to evaluate transfer pricing strategies.
• Prepare transfer pricing documentation reports in line with local regulations and international standards.
• Collaborate with senior team members on client meetings, presentations and deliverables.
• Manage tasks within projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Work with cross‑functional teams across the Firm and HLB network to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

Required profile

• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to take on new challenges.
• Minimum 2:2 undergraduate degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 A‑levels (A‑C) plus another A‑level or equivalent.
• 5 GCSEs (A*‑C/9‑4) including Maths and English.
• Ability to absorb new information quickly and work with numbers with strong attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to explain financial information in an accessible manner.
