Graduate Treasury Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Graduate Treasury Analyst to join the London finance team of a leading global investment bank. The role offers a fast‑track entry into corporate treasury, working on liquidity management, cash forecasting and treasury operations across EMEA and Asia. You will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with senior treasury professionals and supporting multiple legal entities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute treasury payments and funding activities across multiple currencies and legal entities.
• Monitor daily cash positions to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational requirements.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable and Payroll teams to guarantee funds are available in the correct currency and timing.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and support day‑to‑day treasury operations.
• Prepare rolling cash‑flow forecasts, analyse variances and produce treasury reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of presentations and reporting for board‑level meetings and analyse treasury data to identify trends.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in finance, economics or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in building a career within corporate treasury rather than a front‑office banking role.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (three days per week in the office).
